Orders under £100 will be charged a delivery charge of £12.50 + VAT. Orders over £100 will be charged a delivery charge of £16.67 + VAT unless otherwise stated. All products are including VAT. The VAT amount and total amount excluding VAT will be shown at checkout.
Next Working Day
This Covers: Roof Bars & Racks
All ‘Next Working Day’ products ordered before 2pm on a working day, will be delivered the next working day. Any orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed next working day for day after delivery. (e.g. if ordered Tuesday 4pm, it will be processed on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm and on weekends will be processed on the Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
7 Working Days
This Covers: Tool Boxes, Racking Accessories and WorkMo
All of the above should be delivered within 7 days. Please note, we are experiencing orders taking up to 10 working days. If you have not recieved your order by the 10th day, then please get in touch with us at email@example.com
Racking & Linings
For any of our Racking & Lining products, you will need to contact us if you would like to purchase them. These products take up to 15-25 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: If you order separate products, they may all be delivered separately. For example, if you order a ‘Next Working Day’ product and a ‘7 Working Day’ product, you will receive the ‘Next Working Day’ product on the next working day and the ‘7 Working Day’ product within 7 working days. Your products will not be shipped together.

PayPal is a safe and secure way of making a payment. If you don’t have an account with PayPal you can enter your debit or credit card details. This option can be used on both desktop and mobile versions of our site.

Returns & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may also be asked to contribute to the return payment.
Before ordering our products, make sure it does fit your vehicle.
Please check for damages before signing any goods. After goods are signed for, you are liable for any damages.
You may be charged a restocking charge.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
